Return & Refund Policy
Refunds are available if the player or photographer cannot attend the scheduled game for any reason. If there is an issue with the photos — such as missing images, quality concerns, or editing errors — the client will be offered a re-edit or replacement photos at no extra cost.
Once photos are delivered and confirmed as received, no refunds will be issued unless there is a proven technical or delivery problem.
